formoplast has been a manufacturer of plastic tanks for the storage of chemicals for more than half a century.

Our tanks are manufactured in accordance with building authority approval and the requirements of the German Water Resources Act (WHG) for the storage of water-polluting media such as acids or alkalis. On request, we also manufacture our tanks in accordance with the European standard EN 12 573. The tanks are available as double-wall tanks or flat-bottomed tanks with a secondary containment.

Furthermore, formoplast produces tanks for differnet processes. These are e.g. stirring or conical tanks made of PE-HD (PE tanks) or PP. All tanks are manufactured according to your individual specifications. Our plastic tanks are used in many different industries, including dairies, the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. The tanks are suitable for HBV (production, treatment and utilisation) and LAU (storage, filling and transfer) systems.

As a plastic tank manufacturer, we also offer solutions for brine production in winter road maintenance

The use of liquid salt or brine is increasing in winter road maintenance. This technology has several advantages compared to salt. For example, the amount of salt used is reduced through the use of liquid salt. As a result, this technology is more environmentally friendly and more cost-effective.

We utilise our many years of experience in plastic tank construction to offer you a solution for the production, storage and filling of brine or 20-22% NaCl solution. The brine production systems can be equipped and operated manually or fully automatically as required.
